This electric cooker is designed to simplify your cooking process with its intelligent features and pre-set menus.
2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact customer service for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.

- This appliance cooks under pressure. Improper use may result in scalding injury. Make certain unit is properly closed before operating.
- Never force open the cooker. Ensure the pressure indicator has dropped and all internal pressure has been released before opening the lid.
- Do not fill the unit over 2/3 full. When cooking foods that expand during cooking, such as rice or dried vegetables, do not fill the unit over 1/2 full. Overfilling may cause a risk of clogging the vent pipe and developing excess pressure.
- Be aware that certain foods, such as applesauce, cranberries, pearl barley, oatmeal or other cereals, split peas, noodles, macaroni, rhubarb, or spaghetti can foam, froth, and sputter, and clog the pressure release device. These foods should not be cooked in a pressure cooker.
- Always check the pressure release device for clogging before use.
- Do not use this pressure cooker for pressure frying with oil.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

5. Setup
5.1 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, wash the stainless steel inner bowl, measuring cup, and spatula with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the cooker body and the lid with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly and use.
5.2 Assembling the Cooker
- Place the stainless steel inner bowl into the main cooker unit. Ensure it sits properly and is level.
- Close the lid by aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the cooker body, then rotate clockwise until it locks into place. The lid is detachable for cleaning.
- Ensure the pressure release valve is set to the "Seal" position for pressure cooking.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Basic Operation
- Add ingredients to the stainless steel inner bowl. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Securely close the lid and ensure the pressure release valve is in the "Seal" position.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Select your desired cooking program from the 11 pre-set Indian menu options or use the Manual Mode.
- Adjust cooking time if necessary using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Press the "Start" button (or the selected program button again) to begin cooking.
- Once cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically switch to "Keep Warm" mode.
- To release pressure, carefully turn the pressure release valve to the "Release" position. Wait until the pressure indicator drops completely before opening the lid.
6.2 Pre-Set Indian Menu Options
The cooker features 11 pre-set programs for common Indian dishes:
- Rice: For perfectly cooked rice.

7.1 Cleaning the Inner Bowl
- The stainless steel inner bowl is not dishwasher safe.
- Wash the inner bowl with warm soapy water after each use. For stubborn food residues, soak the bowl in warm water before cleaning.
- Use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to avoid scratching the surface.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or next use.
