Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the walking pad from its packaging. The unit comes fully assembled.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Ensure the walking pad is plugged in. Locate the main power switch (usually at the front or rear of the unit) and turn it to the 'ON' position.
  2. Start Exercise: Stand on the walking pad. Press the 'Start' button on the remote control. The display will show a 3-second countdown before the belt begins to move at a low speed (e.g., 0.5 MPH).
  3. Adjust Speed: Use the 'Speed+' and 'Speed-' buttons on the remote control to increase or decrease the walking speed. The maximum speed is 4.0 MPH.
  4. Monitor Progress: The LED display on the walking pad will cycle through various metrics, including:
    • TIME: Duration of your exercise session.
    • SPEED: Current walking speed in miles per hour (MPH).
    • DISTANCE: Total distance covered during the session.
    • CALORIES: Estimated calories burned.
  5. Stop Exercise: Press the 'Stop' button on the remote control to safely bring the walking pad to a halt.
  6. Power Off: After use, turn off the main power switch and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
