1. Important Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Ensure the motor base is unplugged from the power outlet.

1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
2. Carefully place the 10-cup processing bowl onto the motor base. Align the handle with the right side of the base and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
3. Select the desired blade or disc:
   • For chopping, mixing, or pureeing: Carefully place the multipurpose blade onto the center shaft in the bowl.
   • For kneading dough: Carefully place the dough blade onto the center shaft in the bowl.
   • For slicing or shredding: Place the disc adapter onto the center shaft, then carefully place the desired slicing or shredding disc onto the adapter. Ensure the cutting edge is facing up for slicing, or the appropriate side for shredding.
4. Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning the feed chute with the handle. Twist the lid clockwise until it securely locks into place. The appliance will not operate unless the bowl and lid are correctly locked.
5. Ensure the food pusher is inserted into the feed chute if you plan to add ingredients during operation.
6. Plug the power cord into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Beautiful Food Processor features a touch-activated LED display with three speed options: Low, High, and Pulse.

4.1 Basic Operation

1. Prepare ingredients: Cut large ingredients into pieces that fit easily through the feed chute.
2. Assemble the food processor as described in Section 3.
3. Add ingredients to the processing bowl or through the feed chute. Do not overfill the bowl; ensure the liquid level does not exceed the maximum fill line.
4. Select your desired speed using the touch-activated dial:
   • Low: For lighter tasks like chopping soft vegetables or mixing batters.
   • High: For heavier tasks like shredding hard cheeses or processing tougher ingredients.
   • Pulse: For short bursts of power, ideal for chopping, mincing, or controlling consistency. Press and hold for continuous pulsing, release to stop.
5. When processing is complete, turn the dial to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.
6. Wait for the blade or disc to stop completely before removing the lid and then the bowl.

4.2 Specific Functions

• Chopping/Mincing/Pureeing (Multipurpose Blade): Use the Pulse setting for coarse chopping. For finer results or pureeing, use the Low or High setting continuously until desired consistency is reached. Add liquids through the feed chute if needed for smoother purees.
• Dough Kneading (Dough Blade): Add dry ingredients to the bowl, then gradually add liquids through the feed chute while the processor is running on Low. Process until a dough ball forms and cleans the sides of the bowl. Do not over-process.
• Slicing (Slicing Disc): Place ingredients vertically in the feed chute for round slices, or horizontally for longer slices. Use the food pusher to guide ingredients through. For best results, use firm, chilled ingredients.
• Shredding (Reversible Shredding Disc): Place ingredients in the feed chute. Use the food pusher to guide ingredients through. For fine shredding, use one side of the disc; for coarse shredding, flip the disc to the other side.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your food processor.

5.1 Cleaning

1. Always unplug the food processor before cleaning.
2. Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
3. Processing Bowl, Lid, Blades, and Discs: All removable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Handle blades and discs with extreme care due to their sharpness.
4. Rinse all parts thoroughly and dry completely before storing.

5.2 Storage
