- Power Indicator: Illuminates when the unit is powered on.
- Water Storage Indicator (Add Water): Turns red when the water level in the reservoir is insufficient.
- Heating Water Indicator: Illuminates when the hot water function is active.
- Cooling Water Indicator: Illuminates when the cold water function is active.

Setup and Installation
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage.
- Placement: Place the water cooler on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance from walls on all sides for proper ventilation. Avoid placing near direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the drip tray and ice bin with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Water Bottle Installation:
- Remove the protective seal from the top of a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
- Carefully invert the water bottle and place it firmly onto the water bottle support collar on top of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated correctly to prevent leaks.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Initial Priming: Before dispensing water or making ice, allow the unit to sit for at least 30 minutes after plugging in to allow the refrigerants to settle. Then, dispense at least 1-2 cups of cold water and 1-2 cups of hot water (after heating) to prime the system and remove any air.

Dispensing Water

- Cold Water: Place a cup under the cold water spout. Press the "Cold Water Dispense" button. Release the button to stop dispensing.
- Hot Water: This dispenser is equipped with a child safety lock for hot water.
- Press and hold the "Child Lock" button.
- While holding the child lock, press the "Hot Water Dispense" button.
- Release both buttons to stop dispensing.
WARNING: Hot water can reach temperatures of up to 194°F (90°C). Exercise extreme caution to prevent burns.
Ice Making Function

- The ice maker will automatically begin producing ice once the unit is powered on and water is available.
- The "Ice Making Indicator" light will illuminate during ice production.
- Ice production takes approximately 6-8 minutes per cycle, producing 9 bullet-shaped ice cubes.
- The unit can produce up to 33 pounds of ice in 24 hours under optimal conditions.
- The ice maker will pause automatically if the water level is insufficient (the "Add Water" indicator will light up) or when the ice bin is full.
- Use the provided ice scoop to retrieve ice from the compartment.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance and longevity of your water cooler.
Exterior Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Clean the drip tray and grille regularly. Remove the drip tray, empty any collected water, wash with soap and water, rinse, and dry thoroughly before reinserting.
Interior Cleaning and Descaling
It is recommended to clean and descale the internal water tanks every 3-6 months, or more frequently depending on water quality and usage.
- Unplug the unit and remove the water bottle.
- Drain all water from the hot and cold tanks using the drain plugs located at the back of the unit.
- Prepare a cleaning solution: Mix 1 gallon of water with 1 teaspoon of household bleach OR a solution of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio).
- Pour the cleaning solution into the water reservoir at the top of the unit.
- Allow the solution to sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the cleaning solution completely from both hot and cold water spouts and the drain plugs.
- Rinse the unit thoroughly by filling the reservoir with clean water and draining it completely several times until no odor of the cleaning solution remains.
- Replace the drain plugs, install a new water bottle, and follow the initial priming steps before use.
Troubleshooting
