Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before initial use, fully charge the smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charger to the charging contacts on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a compatible power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The 450mAh cobalt battery provides 7-30 days of active use and up to 60 days in standby mode.

2. App Installation and Pairing

To unlock the full functionality of your SUNKTA Smart Watch, download and install the "FitCloudPro" application on your smartphone. The watch is compatible with most smartphones running iOS 9.0 or higher and Android 6.0 or higher.

1. Scan the QR code displayed on the watch screen or in the manual, or search for "FitCloudPro" in your phone's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
2. Install the application.
3. Open the FitCloudPro app and follow the on-screen prompts to create an account or log in.
4. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
5. In the app, navigate to the device binding section (often labeled "Device" or "Add Device").
6. Select "Search Now" to discover your smartwatch (e.g., "EF9").
7. Tap on the detected device to initiate pairing.
8. Confirm the pairing request on both your smartphone and the smartwatch.
9. Allow necessary permissions for notifications and data synchronization.

Display and Navigation

The smartwatch features a 2.13-inch AMOLED display with a 410x502 resolution, offering clear visuals and responsive touch. Navigate the watch interface by swiping left, right, up, or down, and tapping to select options.

Customizing Watch Faces

Personalize your watch with over 200 online UI designs available through the FitCloudPro app. You can also upload your own photos to create unique watch faces. The AMOLED technology supports an always-on display feature.

Bluetooth Calls and Notifications

Utilizing Bluetooth 5.0 dual-channel technology, the watch provides stable connectivity for calls and notifications. You can answer/make calls directly from the watch. Customizable vibration patterns and ringtone notifications ensure you stay informed. To prevent media audio from playing on the watch during video playback on your phone, disable the 'Multimedia Audio' option in the app settings.
