This manual provides instructions for the VECELO Full Size Upholstered Platform Bed Frame. This bed frame features an adjustable, button-tufted headboard, wood slat support, and does not require a box spring. It is designed for a full-size mattress.

Setup and Assembly
This bed frame is designed for straightforward assembly. All necessary parts and tools are included in the packaging. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Assembly Steps:
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out. Refer to the included hardware kit and instruction manual for a complete list of parts and hardware.

- Assemble the Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and the Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten bolts until all connections are made.

- Attach the Headboard: Secure the upholstered headboard to the frame. Ensure it is aligned correctly.

- Install Wood Slats: Roll out the wood slats across the frame. The slats feature Velcro attachments for quick and secure installation. Press firmly to ensure they adhere to the frame.

- Tighten All Bolts: Once all components are in place, fully tighten all bolts to ensure the frame is stable and secure.
- Place Mattress: Position your full-size mattress directly onto the installed wood slats. No box spring is required.
Assembly typically takes less than one hour with two people.
Operating Instructions
Adjusting the Headboard:
The headboard height can be adjusted to suit different mattress thicknesses and personal preference. The adjustable range is between 41 and 47 inches from the floor.
- To adjust, loosen the bolts connecting the headboard to the frame.
- Slide the headboard up or down to the desired height.
- Retighten the bolts securely to lock the headboard in position.

Under-Bed Clearance:
The bed frame provides approximately 7.87 inches of clearance underneath, suitable for storage or robotic vacuum cleaners.

Maintenance
Cleaning:
- For the upholstered headboard and frame, dry clean only is recommended.
- For general cleaning, gently vacuum the fabric to remove dust and debris.
- Spot clean any stains immediately with a mild, pH-neutral fabric cleaner, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
- Wipe metal and wood components with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Regular Checks:
- Periodically inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Tighten as needed to maintain stability and prevent noise.
- Check the wood slats for any signs of damage or wear. Replace if necessary.
Troubleshooting
Bed Frame Squeaks or Makes Noise:
- Check all bolts: Ensure all assembly bolts are fully tightened. Loose connections are a common cause of noise.
- Inspect slats: Verify that the Velcro on the wood slats is properly adhered to the frame. Readjust if necessary to prevent friction between slats and frame.
- Verify leg pads: Confirm that the non-slip foot pads on the bed legs are intact and properly positioned to prevent floor friction.
Bed Frame Feels Unstable:
- Retighten all hardware: Go through each connection point and ensure all bolts are securely fastened.
- Check for missing parts: Confirm all structural components, including support legs and center bars, are correctly installed as per the assembly instructions.
- Even surface: Ensure the bed frame is placed on a flat, even surface. Uneven flooring can cause instability.
