Setup
WUBEN L3 Battery Installation & Initial Charge
- Remove Battery Insulation: Unscrew the tail cap of the WUBEN L3 flashlight. Locate and remove the blue insulation sheet covering the battery. This sheet prevents battery discharge during shipping.
- Reinsert Battery: Ensure the battery is inserted with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight.
- Secure Tail Cap: Screw the tail cap back on tightly. The flashlight features a weather-sealing O-ring to ensure water resistance when properly closed.
- Initial Charging: Twist the ring near the head of the L3 flashlight to reveal the USB-C charging port. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the port and a compatible USB power source. The indicator light will be red during charging and turn blue when fully charged. Charging from empty to full takes approximately 100-160 minutes depending on the charger (e.g., 9V/2A: ~100 mins, 5V/2A: ~160 mins).

WUBEN E7 Initial Charge
The WUBEN E7 also features a USB-C charging port. Connect it to a compatible USB power source using the provided cable. Refer to the indicator light for charging status (red for charging, blue for fully charged).
Attaching Accessories (WUBEN L3)

Operating Instructions
WUBEN L3 Flashlight Operation
The WUBEN L3 is controlled by a single tail switch button.
- Momentary On: Tap the tail switch button for momentary illumination. The light will turn off when the button is released.
- Constant On/Off: Fully press and click the tail switch button to turn the flashlight on or off.
- Mode Switching (Low, Medium, High): When the flashlight is on, lightly tap the tail switch (without clicking) to cycle through the brightness modes: Moon (5 lumens) → Low (150 lumens) → Medium (500 lumens) → High (1500 lumens). The flashlight will remember the last used mode when turned off and on again.
- Turbo Mode (3000 lumens): From any mode, press and hold the tail switch for approximately 0.5 seconds to activate Turbo mode (3000 lumens). Release the button to return to the previously used mode. Note: The L3 will automatically step down from 1500 lumens (High mode) to 1100 lumens after 4 minutes to prevent overheating.
- Strobe Mode: Double-click the tail switch to activate Strobe mode.
- SOS Mode: Triple-click the tail switch to activate SOS mode.
WUBEN E7 Flashlight Operation
The WUBEN E7 offers 6 lighting modes and a memory function.

The WUBEN L3 can function as a power bank to charge other devices.
- Activate Power Bank: Twist the ring near the head of the L3 flashlight to reveal the USB-C port. Connect your device (e.g., smartphone) to the L3 using a compatible USB-C cable.
- Output: The L3 provides up to 18W output for charging. Note that actual output may vary depending on the connected device and cable.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Keep the lens free of dust and debris for optimal light output.
- O-Ring Maintenance: The L3 flashlight uses O-rings for waterproofing. Periodically inspect the O-rings for wear and tear. Lubricate them with silicone grease if necessary to maintain the IP68 rating. Replacement O-rings are included in the package.
- Battery Care: Store the flashlights in a cool, dry place. If storing for extended periods, charge the batteries to approximately 50% capacity to prolong their lifespan. Avoid fully discharging the batteries.
- Waterproofing: Both E7 and L3 models are IP68 rated, meaning they are protected against dust ingress and can withstand immersion in water up to 2 meters for 1 hour. Ensure all caps and ports are securely closed before exposing the flashlights to water.

Troubleshooting
- Flashlight Not Turning On:
- Ensure the battery insulation sheet has been removed (for L3).
- Check if the battery is inserted correctly with the correct polarity.
- Verify the battery is charged. Refer to the power indicator.
- For E7, check if the lock function is activated (four clicks to unlock).
- Flashlight Overheating (L3): The L3 is designed to automatically reduce brightness from 1500 lumens (High mode) to 1100 lumens after 4 minutes to manage heat. This is a normal safety feature. If the flashlight becomes excessively hot to touch, turn it off and allow it to cool down.
- Charging Issues:
- Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the flashlight and the power source.
- Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
- Verify the charging port is clean and free of debris.
- Power Bank Function Not Working (L3): Ensure the L3 battery has sufficient charge. Some devices may require specific charging protocols not fully supported by the L3's 5V output.
