Operating Instructions

Your Devoko storage shed is designed for convenient and secure outdoor storage. To operate the shed:

• Opening the Door: Unlatch the lockable metal bolt on the door. The single hinged door will swing open.
• Closing the Door: Swing the door shut and engage the lockable metal bolt to secure your items.
• Storage: Utilize the spacious interior (50 cu.ft) for storing garden tools, lawn mowers, outdoor furniture, or other items you wish to protect from the elements.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Devoko storage shed, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior with mild soap and water to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
• Rust Prevention: The shed is constructed with rust-resistant steel. However, regularly inspect for any signs of rust, especially in areas where the paint might be scratched. Touch up any damaged areas promptly.
• UV Protection: The material is UV-resistant, but prolonged exposure to intense sunlight can still affect its appearance over time. Consider placing the shed in a partially shaded area if possible.
• Drainage: The sloping roof is designed for efficient water drainage. Ensure the area around the shed is clear of debris to allow water to flow freely and prevent accumulation.

Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter during assembly or use:

• Difficulty Removing Plastic Film: If the protective plastic film is hard to remove after assembly, try using a hairdryer on a low setting to gently warm the plastic, which may make it easier to peel.
• Misaligned Holes: During assembly, do not fully tighten all screws until all panels and frame pieces are in place and aligned. This allows for minor adjustments. If holes are severely misaligned, contact customer support.
• Shed Not Level: Ensure the ground where the shed is placed is completely level. If not, use shims or create a level base (e.g., concrete pavers or a wooden platform) before assembly. The shed does not include a base.
