3. Setup and Assembly
The Ausom DT2 Pro Electric Scooter comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup:
3.1 Unfolding the Scooter
- Loosen the folding mechanism on the stem.
- Carefully unfold the stem until it locks into the upright position.
- Turn the folding mechanism clockwise to securely tighten it.
3.2 Attaching the Handlebar
- Loosen the four screws on the stem clamp using the provided Allen key.
- Open the clamp and place the handlebar onto the stem, ensuring it is centered.
- Tighten the four screws to secure the handlebar firmly.
3.3 Securing the LCD Display
- Place the LCD display onto the handlebar clamp.
- Secure the top of the display to the handlebar with four screws.
- Fasten the bottom of the display with two screws to further secure it to the handlebars.

4. Operating Instructions
Learn how to operate your Ausom DT2 Pro Electric Scooter safely and efficiently.
4.1 Powering On/Off and LCD Display
The smart LCD dashboard provides real-time information. Press the power button to turn the scooter on or off. The display shows speed, distance, remaining battery power, and current riding mode.
4.2 Riding Modes and Motor Control
The DT2 Pro features single and dual-motor drive options with 6 speed settings, including Eco, Sport, and Race modes. Use the DDM button (Single/Dual Motor Switching Button) to switch between motor configurations. The thumb throttle controls acceleration.

4.3 Braking System
The scooter is equipped with anti-lock braking (E-ABS) and dual hydraulic disc brakes for responsive and shorter stopping distances. Apply both brake levers evenly for optimal braking performance.

The DT2 Pro includes an NFC Security Lock for convenient and secure starting, preventing unauthorized use. It also features a Passcode Lock for added security. A hidden AirTag slot allows for discreet tracking (AirTag not included).

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.
5.1 Tire Care
The DT2 Pro is equipped with 10-inch puncture-proof tubeless tires. Regularly check tire pressure to ensure it is within the recommended range (refer to the tire sidewall for specific PSI). Proper tire pressure is crucial for ride quality, range, and preventing flats.

5.2 Brake System Inspection

5.3 Battery Care
Charge the 52V/23.4AH battery regularly, even when not in use, to maintain its health. Avoid completely draining the battery. Store the scooter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Clean the scooter with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure water jets. Regularly check all visible cables, connections, and moving parts for any signs of damage or looseness. Ensure the dual swingarm suspension operates smoothly.
