Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the HOTO Grip scrubber. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the device and to a suitable USB power source. The smart display will indicate the battery level during charging. A red light indicates low battery.

2. Attaching Brush Heads

Select the appropriate brush head for your cleaning task. The brush heads attach magnetically to the main unit. Simply align the brush head with the device's attachment point and it will snap into place. For pads (Sponge, Scour, Metal Cloth), first attach the Velcro adapter to the unit, then press the desired pad onto the adapter.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Speed Selection

To power on the device, long-press the power button. The smart display will illuminate, showing the current battery level and speed mode (ECO/MAX). Tap the power button to switch between ECO mode (270 RPM for daily cleaning) and MAX mode (400 RPM for heavy-duty scrubbing). Long-press the power button again to turn off the device.

2. General Cleaning Guidelines

Apply a suitable cleaning solution to the surface or brush head. Hold the scrubber firmly and gently guide it over the area to be cleaned. Avoid excessive pressure, allowing the spin action to do the work. The IPX7 waterproof rating allows for use in wet conditions, including submersion in soapy water for thorough cleaning.

3. Specific Brush Head Applications

• Small Flat Brush: Ideal for general cleaning of flat surfaces such as countertops, stovetops, and tiles.

• Sponge Brush: Suitable for sensitive cookware and countertops, designed to prevent scratches.

• Scour Pad Brush: For tough grime. Caution: Not recommended for use on coated surfaces or high-gloss surfaces.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Device

Thanks to its IPX7 waterproof design, the HOTO Grip scrubber can be safely rinsed under running water or even fully submerged in soapy water for cleaning. After use, detach the brush head and rinse both the head and the main unit thoroughly. Allow all components to air dry completely before storage.

Storage

Store the HOTO Grip scrubber and its accessories in a cool, dry place. The built-in hook allows for convenient hanging storage. Use the provided brush head bag to keep all brush heads organized and prevent loss.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Turning On:

• Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and check the battery indicator on the smart display.
• Confirm that the power button is long-pressed for a few seconds to activate the device.

Reduced Performance/Stalling:

• Check the battery level; low battery can affect motor performance.
• Avoid applying excessive pressure during scrubbing. The device is designed to work effectively with light to moderate pressure.
• Ensure the correct brush head is used for the surface and type of grime.

Brush Head Detaches During Use:

• Verify that the magnetic brush head is securely attached to the unit.
• For Velcro pads, ensure the Velcro adapter is firmly attached to the unit and the pad is pressed securely onto the adapter.
