4. Setup Instructions
Assembly is designed to be straightforward and tool-free. We recommend at least 4-6 people for efficient and safe setup due to the tent's size. Choose a flat, level area for installation.
- Unpack Components: Carefully unpack all parts and verify against the components list. Lay them out in an organized manner.
- Assemble Base Frame: Connect the base poles using the plastic connectors to form the rectangular base of the tent. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Erect Vertical Poles: Insert the vertical poles into the base connectors.
- Attach Roof Frame: Connect the roof poles to the top of the vertical poles using the appropriate connectors. Gradually build the roof structure.

7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Tent feels unstable or flimsy. | Insufficient anchoring; loose connections; strong winds. | Ensure all ground nails and ropes are securely fastened. Verify all pole connections are tight. Disassemble in strong winds. Consider additional weights (e.g., sandbags) on legs. |
| Water pooling on canopy. | Canopy not taut; improper assembly of roof frame. | Re-adjust canopy to ensure it is stretched tightly over the frame. Check roof pole connections for proper seating. |
| Fabric tearing at seams or stress points. | Excessive tension during assembly; sharp edges on frame; strong winds. | Be gentle during assembly. Inspect frame for sharp edges and cover if found. Avoid use in high winds. Small tears may be repaired with tent repair kits. |
| Difficulty with assembly. | Insufficient personnel; unclear instructions; misaligned parts. | Ensure enough people are assisting (4-6 recommended). Review instructions carefully. Double-check part alignment before forcing connections. |
