3. Setup & Installation
3.1 Monitor Setup
- Attach the monitor to the provided stand. The stand features a sticky base for secure mounting on your vehicle's dashboard.
- Screw the two small antennas into the top of the monitor for optimal signal reception.
- Plug the monitor's power cable into your vehicle's 12V outlet. Ensure the outlet is ignition-controlled to prevent battery drain.
3.2 Fixed Camera Installation (SL5)
The fixed camera is designed for permanent installation, typically on the rear license plate. It provides a consistent rear view without frequent re-mounting.
- Mount the fixed camera using the provided screws or double-sided tape, usually above your license plate.
- Ensure the camera is positioned to capture the desired rear view.

3.3 Flexible Magnetic Camera Installation (SL3)
The flexible magnetic camera offers versatile placement options, ideal for trailers, campers, or other tow vehicles. It can be easily moved as needed.
- Attach the flexible camera to any metal surface using its strong magnetic base. No drilling or wiring is required for this camera.
- Position the camera to monitor trailers, blind spots, or specific areas around your vehicle.

3.4 Powering Side Cameras (if applicable)
If your system includes side cameras that require wired power (not solar), they typically connect to your vehicle's clearance lights.
- Remove the existing clearance light cover.
- Carefully splice the camera's power wires (positive and negative) into the corresponding wires of the clearance light.
- Secure the camera's base and reattach the clearance light cover.
- Mount the antenna for the side camera.
This ensures the side cameras power on automatically when your vehicle's lights are activated.

4. Operation
4.1 Powering On/Off
The monitor powers on automatically when connected to an ignition-controlled 12V outlet. Cameras are solar-powered and activate when needed.
4.2 Display Modes
The 7.2-inch monitor supports various display modes:
- Split-Screen Display: View feeds from both cameras simultaneously, ideal for checking blind spots and trailer views.
- Single Camera View: Focus on one camera feed at a time for a larger, more detailed view.

4.3 Adjusting Settings
Use the buttons on the monitor to navigate settings such as brightness, contrast, and to toggle parking guidelines on/off.
4.4 DVR Recording
The system supports DVR loop recording with an 8-64GB SD card (not included). It automatically overwrites old footage when storage is full.

4.5 Charging
Both cameras feature built-in solar panels for continuous recharging. For additional charging, a USB-C port is available.

5. Maintenance
- Regularly clean camera lenses and monitor screen with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear visibility.
