2. Safety Information
- Always use appropriate tools for assembly. An electric drill may be required for certain steps (not included).
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 176 lbs (80 kg) on the desktop to ensure stability and safety.
- Keep children and pets away from the desk during operation to prevent injury.
- Ensure all cables are properly managed and secured to avoid tripping hazards or damage during height adjustment.
- Do not place liquids directly on the desktop without proper coasters or protection.
- If the desk motor stops working for a few minutes, this is a normal protection mechanism to prevent overheating. Allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
3. Package Contents
The FLEXISPOT EN1 Standing Desk typically arrives in two separate packages, which may be shipped and delivered on different days. Please ensure you have received both packages before beginning assembly.

4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly is straightforward but may require an electric drill for certain steps. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly, especially when handling the desktop and frame.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Assemble Desk Frame: Follow the detailed instructions provided in the separate assembly guide included with your desk frame. This typically involves attaching the lifting columns to the feet and connecting the crossbar.
- Attach Desktop: Carefully place the desktop upside down on a soft surface. Align the assembled desk frame with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the desktop. Secure the frame to the desktop using the provided screws. Note: Some holes for the control box or accessories may require pre-drilling with an electric drill.
- Install Control Panel and Headphone Hook: Attach the control panel to the underside of the desktop in the designated area. Connect its cable to the control box on the frame. Install the headphone hook as desired.
- Cable Management: Route and secure all cables using the provided cable ties or management clips to ensure they do not interfere with the desk's movement.
- Final Placement: With assistance, carefully flip the desk upright and place it in its desired location. Ensure it is level and stable.

5. Operating Instructions
The FLEXISPOT EN1 desk features smooth electric height adjustment and memory presets for convenience.

5.1. Height Adjustment
- Manual Adjustment: Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons on the control panel to raise or lower the desk to your desired height. The LED display will show the current height. The desk adjusts smoothly and quietly (below 50 dB).
- The adjustable height range is from 28.1 inches to 45.7 inches (excluding the 1-inch thickness of the tabletop).
5.2. Memory Presets
The desk allows you to store and recall up to four different height settings.
- Set a Preset: Adjust the desk to your desired height using the UP/DOWN buttons.
- Press the M button (or similar memory set button, if present) followed by one of the numbered preset buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4). The LED display will confirm the setting.
- Recall a Preset: Simply press the corresponding numbered preset button (1, 2, 3, or 4) to automatically move the desk to the stored height.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and performance of your FLEXISPOT EN1 Standing Desk.
- Cleaning: Wipe the desktop and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
