4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials, including foam and adhesive tape. Inspect the freezer for any damage during transit. Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.
4.2 Placement
- Place the freezer on a firm, level floor capable of supporting its weight when fully loaded.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Allow at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space on the sides and back, and 12 inches (30 cm) on top for proper air circulation.
- Avoid direct sunlight or placing the freezer near heat sources such as stoves, heaters, or radiators.
- Do not install in areas where the temperature is likely to drop below 50°F (10°C) or rise above 90°F (32°C).
4.3 Handle Installation
The door handle needs to be installed by yourself. Follow these steps:
- Locate the pre-drilled holes on the freezer door.
- Align the handle brackets with the holes.
- Secure the handle to the door using the provided screws and a screwdriver. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- For models with a top hinge cover that needs to be removed and reattached, carefully detach it, connect any necessary wiring (if applicable, as shown in the video), and then re-secure the cover after the handle is installed.

4.4 Leveling the Freezer
Your freezer is equipped with rear roller wheels for easy movement and adjustable leveling feet at the front. To level the freezer:
- Move the freezer to its final location.
- Turn the leveling feet clockwise to raise the freezer or counter-clockwise to lower it.
- Use a level to ensure the freezer is perfectly level from front to back and side to side. Proper leveling is crucial for efficient operation and to prevent the door from swinging open or closing improperly.
4.5 Initial Power-On
After placing and leveling the freezer, wait at least 2-4 hours before plugging it into a power outlet. This allows the refrigerant to settle, preventing potential damage to the cooling system.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Temperature Control
The freezer features a digital LED display for precise temperature control. The recommended temperature range for optimal frozen food storage is -13°F to -0.4°F (-25°C to -18°C).
- Use the control panel to set your desired temperature. Refer to the specific controls on your unit for adjustment buttons (e.g., SET, UP, DOWN).
- The digital display will show the current internal temperature.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Manual Defrost
This freezer features manual defrost. Frost buildup can reduce cooling efficiency. Defrost the unit when frost on the interior walls reaches approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.
- Unplug the freezer from the power outlet.
- Remove all food items and store them in another freezer or cooler.
- Leave the freezer door open to allow frost to melt naturally. You can place towels at the bottom to absorb water.
- Once all frost has melted, clean and dry the interior thoroughly.
- Plug the freezer back in and allow it to cool down before returning food items.
6.2 Cleaning
- Always unplug the freezer before cleaning.
- Clean the interior with a solution of mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodically clean the condenser coils at the back of the unit with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to ensure efficient operation.
