Problem Possible Cause Solution
Grinder does not start. Not plugged in; lid not properly secured; hopper not correctly installed. Ensure power cord is plugged in. Check that the bean hopper and lid are securely locked in place.
Beans are not feeding into the burrs. Beans stuck in the hopper; burrs clogged. Gently tap or shake the grinder to help beans settle. Use the air blower. Clean the burrs if necessary.
Inconsistent grind. Burrs are dirty or worn. Clean the burrs thoroughly. If the problem persists, consider replacing the burrs.
Excessive static/mess. Normal static electricity. The anti-static technology is designed to minimize this. Ensure the grind chamber is clean and dry.
