Setup and Installation
Before You Begin:
- Verify all components are present: Range Hood unit, LED Lights, Grease Filters, Oil Cup.
- Ensure you have the necessary tools for installation (e.g., drill, screwdriver, measuring tape).
- Confirm electrical supply (110 Volts, 60 Hz) and proper grounding.
- Determine your preferred venting method (ducted recommended).
Mounting Guidelines:
This range hood is designed for under cabinet mounting. Refer to the diagram below for recommended hood height above the cooking surface.

Venting Options:
The range hood offers versatile venting options to suit various kitchen configurations.

- Prepare the Cabinet: Measure and cut openings for ductwork and electrical wiring as per the chosen venting option.
- Mount the Hood: Securely attach the range hood to the underside of the cabinet using appropriate fasteners.
- Connect Ductwork: Connect the ducting to the chosen vent outlet on the hood and route it to the exterior. Ensure all connections are sealed to prevent air leaks.
- Electrical Connection: Connect the range hood to a grounded electrical outlet. It is recommended to have this done by a qualified electrician.
- Install Filters and Oil Cup: Insert the baffle filters and attach the oil cup.
Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview:

Touch Control:

- Power ON/OFF: Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off.
- Fan Speed Adjustment: Use the + and - buttons to cycle through the 4 fan speeds (F1-F4).
- LED Lights: Press the Light button to turn the lights on or off. Press and hold to adjust brightness.
- Timer Setting: Press the Timer button to activate the delayed shutdown function. Use + and - to adjust the delay time.
Gesture Sensing Control:
The gesture control feature is enabled by default. It allows for hands-free fan speed adjustment.

- Increase Fan Speed: Wave your hand from left to right in front of the gesture sensor.
- Decrease Fan Speed: Wave your hand from right to left in front of the gesture sensor.
- Disable/Enable Gesture Control: Use the dedicated Gesture Control Switch on the touch panel.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your range hood.
Baffle Filters:
The stainless steel baffle filters are designed to trap grease effectively and are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.

- Removal: Gently pull the release tabs on the filters and slide them out.
- Cleaning: Place filters in the dishwasher or wash by hand with hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Reinstallation: Once dry, slide the filters back into their slots until they click into place.
- Frequency: Clean filters monthly, or more frequently depending on cooking habits.
Oil Cup:
The detachable oil cup collects grease buildup and should be emptied regularly.

- Remove the oil cup, empty its contents, and wash with warm, soapy water. Reattach securely.
Exterior Surface:
Clean the stainless steel exterior with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads.
