4. Setup
Battery Installation
This cordless impact wrench is compatible with DeWalt 20V batteries (battery not included). Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
- Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the base of the tool.
- Slide the battery pack into the tool until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove the battery, press the release button on the battery pack and slide it out.

Socket Installation
The tool features a 1/2-inch hog ring anvil for quick and secure socket attachment.
- Select the appropriate impact socket (e.g., 14mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22mm) for your task.
- Push the socket firmly onto the 1/2-inch square drive anvil until the hog ring secures it in place.
- To remove, pull the socket firmly off the anvil.

Powering On/Off and Variable Speed

Forward/Reverse Rotation
