Setup Guide

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Placement: Place the unit on a flat, stable surface in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, it is recommended to clean the internal water paths. Fill the water reservoir with a solution of citric acid and water, let it sit for a few hours, then completely drain the unit. This helps remove any residual plastic taste. Repeat if necessary.
4. Water Bottle Installation: Place a standard 3 or 5-gallon water bottle onto the top loading receptacle. Ensure the bottle is seated correctly to prevent leaks.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Water Dispensing

The dispenser offers three temperature options: hot, cold, and room temperature water. Use the corresponding paddles to dispense water.

• Hot Water: Press the child safety lock button before pressing the hot water paddle to dispense.
• Cold Water: Press the cold water paddle.
• Room Temperature Water: Press the room temperature water paddle.

Ice Making Function

This unit automatically produces bullet-shaped ice. It can make ice in approximately 7 minutes per cycle, producing 9 pieces per cycle, with a daily capacity of up to 27 lbs. Note: The unit does not keep ice frozen. Ice should be transferred to a freezer for long-term storage.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Drip Tray

Troubleshooting

• Ice Does Not Stay Frozen: This unit is an ice maker and dispenser, not a freezer. It produces ice, but does not maintain its frozen state. Transfer ice to a freezer for long-term storage. The unit will make more ice as the existing ice melts.
• Water Has a Plastic Taste: This can occur with new appliances. Perform a thorough cleaning with citric acid solution as described in the Setup Guide. Ensure the unit is completely drained after cleaning. If the taste persists, contact customer support.
• Machine Not Working: Specify the exact issue. Ensure the unit is properly plugged in and the water bottle is correctly installed. If the machine is defective, contact customer support and provide photos or videos if possible.
