This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, use, and care of your new cushions.

2. Setup Instructions

Your cushions are vacuum-packed for shipping efficiency. Please follow these steps to ensure full expansion and proper setup:

1. Unpack the Cushions: Carefully remove the cushions from their packaging. Be cautious not to cut the fabric or foam during unpacking.
2. Allow for Expansion: The high-density foam will require 24-48 hours to fully expand and recover its intended shape and thickness. Place the foam inserts in a well-ventilated area.
3. Insert Foam into Covers: Once the foam has expanded, carefully insert each foam panel into its respective cushion cover. The covers feature hidden zippers for easy access.
4. Accelerate Expansion (Optional): If quicker expansion is desired, you may use a hairdryer on a low heat setting for 15 minutes or gently iron the cover for 5 minutes to help smooth out any wrinkles and encourage foam recovery.

3. Operating Instructions

Once your cushions are fully expanded and assembled, they are ready for use on your chaise lounge. The cushions feature a contoured two-panel design for optimal fit and comfort.

3.1 Securing the Cushions

To prevent the cushions from slipping or shifting, especially in windy conditions, utilize the built-in ties. Simply fasten the side ties to the frame of your chaise lounge to keep the cushions firmly in place.

4. Maintenance and Care

4.1 Cleaning the Covers

The cushion covers are removable and washable. They feature a hidden zipper for easy removal. For best results, follow the care instructions on the product label. Generally, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

4.2 Storage

While the fabric is water-resistant and UV-protected, for extended life and to prevent mildew, it is recommended to store the cushions indoors during harsh weather conditions or when not in use for prolonged periods.

5.1 Cushion Appears Thin After Unpacking

As the cushions are vacuum-packed for shipping, they may appear thinner than expected upon arrival. This is normal. Allow 24-48 hours for the high-resiliency foam to fully expand.
