1. Setup

1.1 Unboxing and Included Components

Carefully unpack all components from the box. Ensure all items listed below are present:

• 1x G20 Robotic Vacuum
• 1x Charging Dock
• 1x Power Adapter
• 1x Remote Control (included 2x AAA Battery)
• 1x Dustbin
• 1x Watertank (With Washable Mopping Cloth)
• 2x Side Brushes

1.2 Initial Charging

Place the charging dock against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the sides and 2 meters (6 feet) in front. Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and a power outlet. Place the robot vacuum on the charging dock. The indicator light will show charging status. Fully charge the robot before first use (approximately 4-5 hours).

1.3 App Download and Connection

The Kilgone G20 Robot Vacuum can be controlled via a smartphone application. Download the 'Tuya Smart' app from your device's app store.

Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot vacuum. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz networks are not supported.

1.4 Water Tank and Mop Pad Installation

For mopping functionality, fill the water tank with clean water and attach the washable mopping cloth to the mop board. Ensure the cloth is completely wet before attaching. Then, install the mop board onto the underside of the robot vacuum.

2.1 Cleaning Modes

2.2 App and Voice Control

Control your Kilgone G20 Robot Vacuum conveniently through the Tuya Smart app or by using voice commands with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The app allows for scheduling, mode selection, and real-time monitoring.

2.3 Automatic Recharge

When the battery is low or cleaning is complete, the robot vacuum will automatically return to its charging dock. The 2600mAh battery provides up to 120 minutes of runtime, covering approximately 1290 sq ft.

2.4 Obstacle Avoidance and Slim Design

The G20 Robot Vacuum is equipped with sensors to detect obstacles and prevent collisions, protecting both the robot and your furniture. Its ultra-thin 2.91-inch design allows it to glide under furniture, reaching dust and pet hair in hard-to-reach areas.

3. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Kilgone G20 Robot Vacuum.

3.1 Dustbin and Filter Cleaning

To maintain strong suction, empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle. Remove the dustbin by pressing the buckle, open its lid, and discard collected debris. Remove the filter from the dustbin and clean it with the provided cleaning brush. Ensure the filter is completely dry before reinserting it into the dustbin and placing the dustbin back into the robot.

3.2 Side Brush Cleaning

Periodically check the side brushes for tangled hair or debris. Carefully remove any obstructions to ensure the brushes can rotate freely. If brushes are worn, replace them with new ones.

3.3 Charging Electrode Cleaning

Wipe the charging electrodes on both the robot and the charging dock with a dry cloth to ensure good contact for charging. This prevents charging issues due to dust or dirt buildup.

4. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Kilgone G20 Robot Vacuum, refer to the following common solutions:

4.1 Robot Not Charging

• Ensure the charging dock is properly connected to power and its indicator light is on.
• Clean the charging electrodes on both the robot and the charging dock with a dry cloth.
• Verify the robot is correctly positioned on the charging dock, with electrodes aligned.
• Check the power adapter for any damage.

4.2 Robot Stuck or Not Moving

• Check for any obstructions (cables, toys, rugs) that might be trapping the robot.
• Clean the driving wheels and universal wheel to ensure they are free of debris.
• Wipe the anti-drop sensors on the bottom of the robot.

4.3 Poor Cleaning Performance

• Empty the dustbin and clean the filter.
• Clean or replace the side brushes if they are worn or tangled.
• Ensure the water tank is filled and the mop pad is clean and properly attached for mopping.
