7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your ApoloSign EM101A tablet.
- Tablet does not power on: Ensure the tablet is sufficiently charged. Connect it to a power adapter and try powering on again after a few minutes. If the issue persists, perform a force restart by holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds.
- Screen is unresponsive: If the screen is frozen, try restarting the tablet. If the issue continues, ensure the screen is clean and free of debris. A factory reset might be necessary as a last resort (back up your data first).
- Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Verify that Wi-Fi is enabled on the tablet and that you are within range of a known network. Check the Wi-Fi password for accuracy. Restarting your router and the tablet may also resolve connection issues.
- Apps are crashing or slow: Close unused applications to free up RAM. Clear app caches in Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache. If an app consistently crashes, consider reinstalling it.
- Storage is full: Delete unnecessary files, photos, and videos. Uninstall unused apps. Consider inserting a MicroSD card to expand storage up to 1TB.
