Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Place the dispenser on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance from the wall at the back and sides for proper ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the water reservoir and taps. You can dispense a few cups of water from each tap to flush the system.
- Loading the Water Bottle:
- Open the lower door of the dispenser.
- Remove the cap from a fresh 5-gallon water bottle.
- Insert the probe into the bottle opening. Ensure the probe is fully inserted.
- Slide the water bottle into the bottom compartment.
- Close the lower door securely.

- Power Connection: Plug the dispenser into a grounded 110V, 60Hz electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Allow to Fill: Wait approximately 5-10 minutes for the internal tanks to fill with water before turning on heating or cooling functions. This prevents dry heating/cooling which can damage the unit.
Operating Instructions
Once the dispenser is set up and the internal tanks are filled, you can begin dispensing water.
Dispensing Water:
- Hot Water: Press and hold the safety lock button on the hot water tap, then push the lever down to dispense hot water. Release the lever to stop.
- Cold Water: Push the cold water lever down to dispense cold water. Release the lever to stop.
- Room Temperature Water: Push the room temperature water lever down to dispense water. Release the lever to stop.

Indicator Lights:
- Power: Indicates the unit is powered on.
- Hot: Illuminates when the hot water heating element is active.
- Cold: Illuminates when the cold water cooling element is active.
- No Water: Flashes when the water bottle is empty, signaling a need for replacement.

Cleaning the Dispenser:

- Clean Drip Tray: The detachable drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly with mild soap and water.
- Sanitize (Optional): For thorough cleaning, a food-grade sanitizing solution can be used to flush the internal water paths. Follow the sanitizing solution's instructions carefully.
Drain Plug:
The drain plug is located at the back of the water dispenser. It allows for complete removal of residual water from the internal tanks, which is important for cleaning or when moving the unit.
