Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury when using power tools. Keep this manual for future reference.
General Power Tool Safety
- Work Area Safety: Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Electrical Safety: Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug. Do not abuse the cord. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving parts.
- Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection. Use hearing protection when operating the saw. Wear appropriate clothing; avoid loose clothing or jewelry. Do not overreach; maintain proper footing and balance at all times.
- Tool Use and Care: Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.
Miter Saw Specific Safety
- Blade Guard: Ensure the blade guard is always in place and functioning correctly before operation. Never bypass or remove the guard.
- Workpiece Support: Always support the workpiece firmly against the fence and table. Use clamps to secure the material, especially for small pieces.
- Blade Selection: Use only blades designed for the specific material being cut (wood, plastic, soft metal) and that match the saw's specifications (10-inch diameter).
- Clearance: Keep hands and fingers away from the blade path. Ensure adequate clearance for the blade to pass through the workpiece without obstruction.
- Dust Collection: Connect a dust bag or vacuum cleaner to the dust port to minimize airborne dust and maintain a clear view of the cutting line.

Setup
1. Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect the saw for any shipping damage. Do not operate if damaged.
- Ensure all listed package contents are present.
2. Mounting the Saw
For stable and safe operation, mount the miter saw to a workbench or a dedicated miter saw stand using appropriate bolts and nuts (not included). Ensure the mounting surface is level and secure.
3. Installing/Changing Blades
- Disconnect the saw from the power source.
- Lift the blade guard.
- Press the spindle lock button to secure the blade.
- Use the hexagonal wrench to loosen the blade bolt.
- Carefully remove the old blade, noting its rotation direction.
- Install the new blade, ensuring the teeth point in the correct direction (indicated by an arrow on the blade and saw).
- Tighten the blade bolt securely with the hexagonal wrench while holding the spindle lock.
- Lower the blade guard and ensure it moves freely.
4. Adjusting the Laser Guide
The laser guide assists in precise cutting. If the laser line is not aligned with the blade's cut path, adjust it using the provided hexagonal wrench. Perform a test cut on a scrap piece of material to verify alignment.

5. Attaching Dust Bag / Vacuum
Attach the included dust bag to the 35mm dust port at the rear of the saw. For improved dust collection, connect a shop vacuum cleaner to the dust port using an appropriate adapter.
6. Setting up Extension Table
Extend the side support tables as needed for longer workpieces. Use the vice clamping device to secure the material firmly against the fence and table, providing stability during cuts.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
To turn the saw ON, press the power switch. To turn OFF, release the switch. The saw features a double safety switch mechanism for enhanced user protection.
2. Adjusting Speed
The saw offers two adjustable speeds: 3200 RPM and 4500 RPM. Select the appropriate speed by pressing the speed adjustment switch. Use the 4500 RPM setting for quick cuts in wood and the 3200 RPM setting for cleaner cuts or when working with soft metals.

Image: Illustration of the dual speed settings (4500 RPM for quick cuts, 3200 RPM for clean cuts) and the saw in operation.
3. Making Miter Cuts
To make miter cuts, loosen the miter lock knob and rotate the miter table to the desired angle. Positive stops are provided at 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, and 45° in both left and right directions. Securely tighten the miter lock knob before cutting.
4. Making Bevel Cuts
The saw allows for bevel cuts from 0° to 45°. Loosen the bevel lock lever, tilt the saw head to the desired angle, and then securely tighten the bevel lock lever. Always ensure the saw head is firmly locked in position before making a cut.

5. Using the Sliding Function
For cutting wider workpieces, unlock the sliding mechanism and pull the saw head forward. Engage the motor and push the saw head smoothly through the material. Ensure the workpiece is fully supported throughout the cut.
6. Cutting Different Materials
- Wood: Use the 40T TCT blades for wood and plastic. Select 4500 RPM for faster cuts.
- PVC: Use the 40T TCT blades. Adjust speed as needed for clean cuts.
- Soft Metal: Use the 48T TCT multi-function blade. Select 3200 RPM for controlled, clean cuts. Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a face shield, when cutting metal.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Always disconnect the saw from the power supply before cleaning.
- Regularly clean sawdust and debris from the saw, especially around the blade guard, motor vents, and sliding rails. Use a brush or compressed air.
- Wipe down external surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
2. Blade Care
- Inspect blades before each use for sharpness, cracks, or missing teeth. Replace dull or damaged blades immediately.
- Clean resin and pitch buildup from blades using a suitable blade cleaner.
3. Carbon Brush Replacement
The carbon brushes are wear items. When the motor performance decreases or sparks become excessive, the carbon brushes may need replacement. Refer to the specific instructions in the full user manual for the procedure, or contact qualified service personnel.
4. Lubrication
Periodically apply a light coat of machine oil to the sliding rails to ensure smooth operation. Do not over-lubricate.
