8. Troubleshooting

8.1. Signal Lag on iPhone (4K 60fps Recording)

When recording video on an iPhone at 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, you may experience a slight signal transmission lag on the CP5 Mini 2. The recorded video on the iPhone itself will be fine; the lag is only in the monitor's display.

Solution: To eliminate this signal delay, consider using a professional camera app like Blackmagic Camera. This app often provides more optimized signal transmission for external monitors, allowing for smooth 4K 60fps monitoring.

8.2. Small Screen Visibility

Due to its compact size, viewing small details or precise composition on the 2.4-inch screen can be challenging, especially in bright sunlight.

Solution: Utilize the Screen Zoom Button to magnify the image for better detail visibility. For outdoor use, seek shaded areas or adjust screen brightness to maximum. The CP5 Mini 2 is best suited for general framing and quick content creation where extreme precision is not the primary concern.

8.3. Difficulty Attaching Lanyard

The lanyard attachment points are small, which can make threading the lanyard difficult.

Solution: Use a thin tool, such as a needle or a small pair of tweezers, to guide the lanyard string through the small hole.

9. Warranty and Support
