Operating Instructions
1. Preparing the Bag
- If using a roll of vacuum bag material, use the built-in sliding blade to cut the bag to your desired length. Ensure enough space (at least 3 inches) is left at the top for sealing.
- Seal one end of the cut bag using the "Seal" function (refer to "Sealing Only" below).
- Place the food item into the bag, ensuring the open end is clean and dry.

2. Vacuum Sealing Bags
- Place the Bag: Open the lid of the vacuum sealer. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat over the sealing strip and foam gasket.
- Close and Lock: Close the lid firmly. Press down on both sides of the lid until you hear two "clicks," indicating it is securely locked.
- Select Mode:
- For dry foods (e.g., nuts, grains, crackers), press the "Dry" button.
- For moist foods (e.g., raw meat, marinated items), press the "Moist" button.
- Start Vacuum & Seal: Press the "Vac" button. The machine will automatically vacuum the air out of the bag and then proceed to seal it. The digital display will show a countdown.
- Release: Once the countdown finishes and the "Stop" light illuminates, press the release buttons on both sides of the machine to open the lid. Remove your vacuum-sealed bag.

3. Sealing Only

- Place the open end of the bag over the sealing strip (not in the vacuum chamber).
- Close and lock the lid.
- Press the "Seal" button. The machine will heat-seal the bag.
- Once the sealing process is complete (indicated by the "Stop" light), release the lid and remove the bag.
4. External Vacuuming
The MZROT Vacuum Sealer can also be used to vacuum seal external containers, such as jars or specialized vacuum containers, using the included suction hose.
- Connect one end of the suction hose to the external vacuum port on the machine.
- Connect the other end of the hose to the vacuum port on your container.
- Ensure the container lid is properly closed and sealed.
- Press the "Vac" button. The machine will begin to extract air from the container.
- Once the vacuum process is complete, the machine will stop automatically. Remove the hose from both the machine and the container.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Appliance
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
