4. Setup and Assembly

4.2 Key Assembly Steps

1. Install Handlebar: Remove the four screws from the handlebar stem, place the handlebar, and tighten the screws to secure its position.
2. Install Phone Holder: Attach the phone holder to the handlebar and tighten its screws.
3. Connect Cables: Carefully connect all necessary cables, ensuring secure connections.
4. Install Front Wheel: Remove the protective spacer from the front fork. Align the front wheel's disc brake rotor with the caliper and insert the axle into the fork dropouts. Tighten the axle bolts securely. Connect the front motor cable.
5. Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Ensure they are fully tightened.
6. Install Front Fenders & Headlight: Attach the front fender and headlight to the designated mounting points on the front fork. Secure them with the provided hardware.
7. Install Battery: Slide the battery into its compartment on the bike frame until it clicks into place. Ensure it is locked for security.
8. Install Rear Rack: Attach the rear cargo rack to the mounting points on the rear frame and tighten all screws.

5. Operating Instructions

The EBycco EB7Pro offers a versatile riding experience with multiple modes and assistance levels.

5.1 Powering On/Off and Display

To start the e-bike, long press the "M" button on the display unit. The display will show battery level, current speed, assistance level, odometer, and other relevant information. To power off, long press the "M" button again.

5.2 Riding Modes

The EB7Pro features six distinct riding modes to suit your preferences and riding conditions:

• Dual Motor Pure Electric: Engages both motors for maximum power and speed, controlled by the throttle.
• Single Motor Pure Electric: Engages one motor for efficient electric-only riding, controlled by the throttle.
• Pedal Assist (PAS): Provides electric assistance as you pedal. There are five assistance levels to choose from.
• Walk Mode: Provides low-speed assistance for walking the bike.
• Cruise Mode: Maintains a constant speed without continuous throttle input.
• Bike Mode: No electric assistance; operates as a traditional bicycle.

You can switch between single motor and dual motor modes using the green button on the handlebar. The display settings can be adjusted to classify the e-bike as Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3.
