2. Safety Information

4. Setup
4.1 Battery Charging
Before first use, fully charge both 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion batteries. Insert the battery into the fast charger. The charger will indicate the charging status. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.
4.2 Battery Installation and Removal
- Installation: Align the battery pack with the base of the impact wrench and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
- Removal: Press the release button on the battery pack and slide the battery out from the tool.

4.3 Socket Installation and Removal
Select the appropriate impact socket for your task. The wrench comes with 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm, and 34mm sockets, an extension rod, and a 1/2" to 3/4" converter for increased versatility.
- Installation: Push the desired socket onto the 1/2-inch square drive anvil until it locks into place. For added security, align the hole in the socket with the pin on the anvil and insert a pin, then secure it with a rubber ring.
- Removal: Pull the socket firmly off the anvil. If a pin and ring are used, remove them first.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off and Variable Speed Trigger
The tool is activated by pressing the adjusting speed trigger. The speed is variable based on how much the trigger is pressed. Release the trigger to turn off the tool.
5.2 Speed and Torque Settings
The impact wrench features three adjustable speed modes, displayed on the control panel:
- Precision Mode (Speed 1): Up to 2500 RPM. Suitable for low-torque applications, such as precision assembly and electronic equipment repair.
- Standard Mode (Speed 2): Up to 3500 RPM. Ideal for daily bolt removal/installation and tire replacement.
- Extreme Speed Mode (Speed 3): Up to 6000 RPM. Designed for heavy machinery, rusted bolts, and other high-resistance tasks.

5.3 Bidirectional Rotation (Forward/Reverse)
A one-button switch allows for easy selection between forward (clockwise) and reverse (counterclockwise) modes.
- Forward Mode: For tightening nuts and screws.
- Reverse Mode: For loosening nuts and screws.
5.4 Self-Stop Mode (RSS Mode)
When in reverse mode, the tool can be set to a self-stop (RSS) mode. This feature automatically stops the rotation once the fastener is loose, preventing excessive loosening or damage to threaded connections.
