5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging Process

  • The charging hub will automatically detect inserted batteries and begin charging them in sequence, prioritizing the battery with the lowest charge level first.
  • Monitor the LED indicators below each battery slot. A solid green light typically indicates a fully charged battery, while blinking lights indicate ongoing charging. Refer to the LED indicator guide below for detailed status.
  • Once all batteries are fully charged, the hub will cease charging.

5.3 Storage Mode

  • The hub can be used to store batteries when not in use. This helps protect them from physical damage during transport.
  • For long-term storage, it is recommended to store intelligent flight batteries at approximately 50-60% charge to prolong their lifespan. The hub does not automatically discharge batteries to this level.

6. Maintenance

  • Keep the charging hub clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Avoid exposing the hub to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures.
  • Regularly inspect the charging ports and battery contacts for any signs of damage or corrosion.
  • Store the hub in a cool, dry place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Batteries not charging:
    • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the charging hub and the power adapter.
    • Verify that the power adapter is plugged into a functional power outlet.
    • Check if the intelligent flight batteries are correctly inserted into the slots.
    • If a battery shows a solid red LED, it may indicate a fault with the battery. Try charging a different battery to isolate the issue.
  • Slow charging:
    • Ensure you are using a 30W USB PD fast charger. Lower wattage chargers will result in slower charging times.
    • Charging multiple batteries sequentially will naturally take longer than charging a single battery.
