Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the juicer and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Placement: Position the machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for operation and ventilation.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the machine and then plug it into a grounded 120V electrical outlet.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with sugarcane juice, including the rollers, juice outlet, and filter tray, as described in the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.
Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for efficient sugarcane juicing:
- Prepare Sugarcane: Wash sugarcane stalks thoroughly. Using the provided peeling knives, sharpen one end of each sugarcane stalk to a point. This facilitates easier feeding into the machine.
- Position Collection Container: Place a suitable container (e.g., a pitcher or glass) under the juice outlet to collect the extracted juice. Ensure the juicing filter tray is in place.
- Start Machine: Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. The rollers will begin to rotate.
- Feed Sugarcane: Carefully insert the sharpened end of a sugarcane stalk into the feeding inlet. The rollers will automatically pull the stalk through.
- Repeat: Continue feeding sugarcane stalks one by one until the desired amount of juice is extracted.
- Stop Machine: Once finished, turn the power switch to the "OFF" position.
- Collect Residue: The crushed sugarcane residue will exit through the residue outlet. Dispose of it properly.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer.
Daily Cleaning:
- Unplug: Always unplug the machine from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Remove Residue: Clear any remaining sugarcane pulp from the feeding inlet and residue outlet.
- Rinse Rollers: Pour a small amount of clean water through the feeding inlet while the machine is briefly running (ensure a collection container is in place) to rinse the rollers. Turn off and unplug immediately after.
- Clean Components: Remove the juicing filter tray and wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe Exterior: Wipe down the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
- Dry: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the machine.
Periodic Maintenance:
- Lubrication: Periodically check and lubricate moving parts as recommended by the manufacturer (refer to specific instructions if provided with the machine).
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage.
- Roller Adjustment: If juice extraction efficiency decreases, the gap between the rollers might need adjustment using the knobs on top. Adjust incrementally for optimal performance.
