Setup
Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all included components are present: Fireproof Safe Box*1, Instruction Manual*1, Key*2, Shelf*1, Expansion screw. Inspect the safe for any signs of damage during transit.Installing Batteries
The safe requires 4* AA batteries (not included) for the digital keypad and fingerprint lock. Locate the pop-up battery box, typically inside the safe door. Insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity.

Shelf Installation

Mounting the Safe

Operating Instructions
Opening the Safe
The WASJOYE safe offers three methods for opening:
- Key Unlock: Insert the emergency key into the keyhole, turn it, and then rotate the handle to open the door.
- Fingerprint Unlock: Place a registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. Once recognized, rotate the handle to open the door.
- Password Unlock: Enter your 4-8 digit password on the digital keypad. Once the correct password is entered, rotate the handle to open the door.

Setting Fingerprints and Codes
To set a fingerprint:
- Press the reset button (located inside the safe). The blue fingerprint light will illuminate.
- Press the target finger onto the fingerprint sensor 3 times in a row.
To set a digital code:
- Press the RESET button (located inside the safe).
- Enter the new 4-8 digit code.
- Press "#" to confirm.
- The buzzer will beep twice, indicating successful programming.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
Replace the 4* AA batteries when the low battery indicator appears or if the keypad becomes unresponsive. Always use new, high-quality alkaline batteries.
Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
Key Care
Store emergency keys in a secure location outside the safe. Do not store them inside the safe.
Troubleshooting
Alarm System
The safe features an alarm vibration system. An alarm will be triggered if:
- 5 wrong fingerprints are entered consecutively.
- 3 wrong passwords are entered consecutively.
- The safe is hit hard.
The alarm sound is approximately 80 decibels. To clear the alarm, enter the correct password or a valid fingerprint. Press "9" again after each alarm is triggered to activate the vibration mode.

Safe Not Opening
- No Power: If the batteries are dead, use the emergency key or connect a Type-C power source to the emergency charging port.
- Incorrect Fingerprint/Password: Ensure you are using a registered fingerprint or the correct 4-8 digit password.
- Keypad Malfunction: If the keypad is unresponsive, try replacing the batteries. If the issue persists, use the emergency key.
