2. Setup and Assembly
The NAVEE ST3 Electric Scooter comes mostly pre-assembled, requiring minimal setup before first use.
2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. The package typically includes the electric scooter, power adapter, user manual, T-lever, and screws.

2.2 Handlebar Assembly
- Raise the handlebar stem to its upright position until it locks securely.
- Align the handlebar with the stem.
- Use the provided screws and T-lever to firmly attach the handlebar to the stem. Ensure all screws are tightened to prevent wobbling during operation.
2.3 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the scooter and then to a power outlet. The LED display will indicate charging status. Charging time is approximately 3 hours.

2.4 App Connection
Download the NAVEE APP from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your scooter via Bluetooth. The app allows for smart control, tracking speed, battery life, riding records, and electronic lock features, including Apple Find My integration.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
To power on the scooter, press and hold the power button on the handlebar display until the screen illuminates. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.

3.2 Riding Modes
The scooter offers three smart modes, selectable via the power button (single press when on):
- Walking (W) Mode: For low-speed safety, ideal when walking alongside the scooter.
- Drive (D) Mode: Standard mode for daily commutes.
- Sport (S) Mode: For high-speed thrills and hill climbs, reaching up to 25 MPH.

3.3 Acceleration and Braking
Use the throttle on the right handlebar to accelerate. The scooter features advanced triple braking systems for effective stopping:
- Front drum brake
- Rear disc brake
- EBAS (Electronic Brake Assist System)
These systems work in conjunction to provide precise and reliable stopping power, even at high speeds.

3.4 Lights and Indicators
The scooter is equipped with a 2W automatic headlight, front and rear turn indicators, and a tail light for enhanced visibility and safety. Press the power button once to toggle the headlight on/off. Use the dedicated buttons on the left handlebar to activate the turn indicators.

3.5 Folding Mechanism
The scooter features a quick-fold mechanism, allowing it to be folded in approximately 3 seconds for easy transport and storage. Locate the folding latch on the stem and follow the instructions in the manual to safely fold and unfold the scooter.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Care
To maximize battery lifespan, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the scooter regularly, even if not in use for extended periods. Store the scooter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
4.2 Tire Pressure
