1. To Set the Time: Gently pull the crown (middle button) out to the furthest position. Rotate the crown to move the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Push the crown back in to its original position to start the watch.
2. To Set the Date: Pull the crown out to the first click position. Rotate the crown to adjust the date. Push the crown back in to its original position when the correct date is set. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism.
