Getting Started

1. Charging the Smart Watch

Before initial use, fully charge your GOBOULT Crown Smart Watch. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and to a standard USB power adapter. The watch display will indicate charging status.

2. Powering On/Off

To power on, press and hold the side button until the GOBOULT logo appears. To power off, navigate to the settings menu on the watch, select 'Power Off', and confirm.

3. Pairing with Your Smartphone

1. Download the official GOBOULT companion app from your smartphone's app store (available for Android and iOS).
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
3. Open the GOBOULT app and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and pair with your Crown Smart Watch.
4. Confirm the pairing request on both your phone and the watch.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Troubleshooting

Watch Not Turning On

• Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 30 minutes.
• Press and hold the side button for 10-15 seconds to attempt a forced restart.

Pairing Issues

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch.
• Ensure the watch is within the Bluetooth range (approximately 10 meters).
• Restart both your phone and the watch.
• Clear the Bluetooth cache on your phone or forget the device and try pairing again.

Inaccurate Health Data

• Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, but not too tight.
• Clean the sensors on the back of the watch.
• Avoid excessive movement during measurements for better accuracy.

Notifications Not Appearing

• Check if the watch is properly connected to your phone via Bluetooth.
