3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Soundbar Assembly
The soundbar comes in two pieces for convenient packaging. To assemble:
- Plug the audio connector from one soundbar piece into the corresponding port on the other main unit.
- Align the arrows on both soundbar pieces.
- Twist the pieces together until they securely lock.

3.2 Subwoofer and Power Connection
- Connect the wired subwoofer cable to the 'SW OUT' port on the soundbar.
- Plug the power adapter into the 'DC IN' port on the soundbar.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

3.3 Audio Connections
The Nylavee SK080 offers multiple ways to connect to your TV or other devices. Choose the method that best suits your equipment.
HDMI ARC Connection (Recommended for TVs)
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable (included) to the 'TV(ARC)' port on the soundbar.
- Connect the other end to the 'HDMI ARC' port on your TV.
- On your TV, navigate to the audio settings and select HDMI ARC as the audio output.
- Use the remote control to select 'TV ARC' input mode. The indicator light on the soundbar will turn cyan.
Important: Ensure you connect to an HDMI ARC port on your TV, not a standard HDMI IN port, for proper audio return channel functionality.
Optical Connection
- Remove the protective caps from both ends of the optical cable (included).
- Connect one end of the optical cable to the 'OPTICAL' port on the soundbar.
- Connect the other end to the Digital Audio Output (Optical) port on your TV.
- On your TV, navigate to the audio settings and select Optical as the audio output.
- Use the remote control to select 'OPT' input mode. The indicator light on the soundbar will turn orange.
AUX Connection
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX cable (included) to the 'AUX' jack on the soundbar.
- Connect the other end to the matching color (red/white) audio output ports on your TV or device.
- On your TV or device, ensure 'Audio Out' is selected as the audio output.
- Use the remote control to select 'AUX' input mode. The indicator light on the soundbar will turn green.
Bluetooth Connection
- Use the remote control to press the 'BT' button. The soundbar indicator light will flash blue, indicating Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On your device (TV, smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for 'SK080'.
- Select 'SK080' to connect. Once connected, the indicator light on the soundbar will change to solid blue.
USB Flash Drive Connection
- Prepare a USB flash drive containing your music files.
- Insert the USB drive into the 'USB' port on the soundbar.
- The soundbar will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playing music. The indicator light will turn purple.
Important: The USB port is only for USB drives for music playback. Do not plug in a USB charging cable; it will not play music.
