4. Setup & Installation
4.1 Applicable Models and Dimensions
The Eonon UX6S is a Double Din car stereo. Ensure your vehicle's dashboard opening is compatible with the specified dimensions. The panel of the UX6S is removable and can be directly installed on the dashboard within the size range of 170-178 mm (length) and 96-100 mm (height).

If your car dashboard size does NOT fall within the range of 170-178 mm (length) and 96-100 mm (height), an extra installation kit (not included) will be required to install the unit.

4.2 Wiring Diagram
Refer to the following diagram for proper connection of all cables and accessories. Incorrect wiring can damage the unit or your vehicle's electrical system. It is recommended to have a professional perform the installation.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Controls
The unit features a user-focused panel design with essential controls for easy access.

- Volume Knob: Rotate to adjust volume. Press to mute/unmute.
- USB Port: Connect USB devices for media playback or charging.
- AUX Input: Connect external audio devices using a 3.5mm audio cable.
5.2 Smartphone Integration (CarPlay & Android Auto)
The unit supports both wireless CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless smartphone integration.
- Wireless CarPlay: Connect your iPhone via Bluetooth for a wireless CarPlay experience.
- Android Auto: Connect your Android device via Bluetooth or USB for Android Auto functionality.

5.3 Split Screen Multitasking

5.5 Audio Settings (DSP, Optical & Coaxial Output)
The integrated Digital Signal Processing (DSP) allows for precise audio adjustments, including time alignment, to optimize sound quality from different speakers. The unit also provides Optical and Coaxial outputs for high-definition audio to external amplifiers or sound processors.

5.6 Connectivity (Bluetooth, WiFi, 4G)
The UX6S offers multiple connectivity options:
- Bluetooth 5.1: For stable and quick connection with smartphones and other Bluetooth devices, featuring noise reduction. An independent Bluetooth module and extra antenna are included.
- Wi-Fi: Supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, Wi-Fi 6 ready, for internet access and app downloads.
- 4G Module: A built-in 4G module allows for direct cellular data connection using a SIM card (not included).

5.7 Fast Charging
The unit is equipped with a high-speed Type-C port that supports PD 3.0 and PPS fast charging, ensuring connected devices power up efficiently.

5.8 Software Updates
Over-the-air (OTA) software updates are supported to address software issues and enhance security. These updates apply to the unit's software and do not upgrade the Android operating system version.

5.9 Rear Camera
The device includes an Eonon A0127 1080p rearview camera. Connect the camera to the CAM IN video input for automatic display when reversing. The unit provides reversing guidelines for assistance.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Unit
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and exterior of the unit.
- For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaner.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or alcohol-based solutions, as these can damage the display and finish.
