2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Always unplug heater when not in use.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage.
- Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) of clear space around the heater to allow for proper airflow and to prevent fire hazards. Do not place it near curtains, furniture, or other obstructions.
- Power Connection: Plug the heater directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
5. Operating Instructions
Your AIRMATE heater can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.
5.1 Control Panel and Display

5.2 Remote Control
The remote control allows you to operate all functions from a distance. Ensure the battery is correctly installed.
5.3 Power On/Off
Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the heater on or off.
5.4 Operating Modes
The heater offers multiple operating modes:
- AI Mode (Energy-Saving): This intelligent mode defaults to 75°F (24°C). It automatically adjusts heating output based on room temperature:
- Shuts off if room temperature is above 77°F (Set Temperature + 2°F).
- Runs on low heat between 70°F and 77°F.
- Switches to high heat if room temperature is below 70°F (Set Temperature - 5°F).
- Low Heat Setting: Provides gentle warmth at 750W.
- High Heat Setting: Provides faster heating at 1500W.
- Sleep Mode: Operates quietly at a low noise level (approx. 32dB) for minimal disturbance, ideal for bedrooms.

5.5 Temperature Adjustment
Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel or remote to set your desired temperature. The digital display will show the current and set temperatures.
5.6 Oscillation Function
Press the Oscillation button to activate the 80° oscillation feature, which distributes heat evenly across a wider area.

5.7 Timer Function
Set the timer for scheduled operation (up to 24 hours) using the Timer button on the control panel or remote control. The heater will automatically turn off after the set time.
