1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Luqeeg Electric Tortilla Press. This appliance is designed for making tortillas, rotis, pancakes, and other flatbreads with ease. 2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preheating

5.2 Cooking Tortillas/Flatbreads

1. Once the green light indicates readiness, open the press using the handle.
2. Place a ball of dough (approximately 1.5-2 inches in diameter for a 10-inch tortilla) slightly off-center towards the back of the lower heating plate.
3. Gently close the upper heating plate, pressing down firmly but carefully on the handle for a few seconds to flatten the dough. Avoid excessive force.
4. Allow the tortilla to cook for 30-60 seconds, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness and browning. Cooking time will vary based on dough type and temperature setting.
5. Open the press and carefully remove the cooked tortilla using a non-metallic utensil (e.g., plastic spatula). Do not use metal utensils as they can damage the non-stick coating.
6. Repeat for additional tortillas.

5.3 After Use

1. Turn the temperature control knob to "MIN".
2. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.
