The earbuds feature touch-sensitive areas for control and are designed for a comfortable in-ear fit. The charging case protects the earbuds and provides additional battery life.
Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included).
- The indicator light on the charging case will show the charging status. A full charge is indicated when the light changes or turns off (refer to specific LED behavior in the product's quick start guide if available).

2. Pairing with a Device
To connect your Noise Buds Evoke to a new device:
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, and an indicator light on the earbuds or case will flash (refer to specific LED behavior).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings.
- Turn on Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices and select "Noise Buds Evoke" from the list.
- Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device and it is within range (10 meters).
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.
Touch Controls
The Noise Buds Evoke feature touch controls on each earbud. The specific functions may vary slightly, but common controls include:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Google Assistant/Siri): Triple tap on either earbud.
- Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC): The earbuds feature Environmental Noise Cancellation for calls. This is typically active automatically during calls to reduce background noise for the person you are speaking with.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
- Gently remove any earwax or debris from the ear tips and speaker mesh using a small, clean brush or cotton swab.
Storage
- When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Water Resistance
The Noise Buds Evoke are water resistant. This means they are protected against splashes and sweat, making them suitable for workouts. However, they are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water or exposed to heavy rain. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Noise Buds Evoke, try the following solutions:
Earbuds Not Pairing
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid again to re-enter pairing mode.
- Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
- Forget "Noise Buds Evoke" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
- Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering or already connected to the earbuds.
No Sound or Low Volume
- Check the volume level on both your connected device and the earbuds.
- Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
- Clean any debris from the earbud speaker mesh.
- Reconnect the earbuds to your device.
Charging Issues
- Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Try a different Type-C charging cable and power adapter.
- Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
Voice Assistant Not Responding
- Ensure the earbuds are connected to your device.
- Confirm that your device's voice assistant (Google Assistant, Siri) is enabled and configured correctly.
- Perform the triple-tap gesture accurately on either earbud.
