Setup
- Unpack the Appliance: Carefully remove the panini press grill from its packaging. Remove any protective films, stickers, or packing materials.

Operating Instructions
1. Preheating
- Plug in the appliance. Both the red (power) and green (ready) indicator lights will illuminate.
- Allow the grill to preheat for approximately 2-3 minutes. The green light will turn off when the grill has reached the optimal cooking temperature.

2. Using as a Panini Press / Sandwich Maker
- Ensure the grill is preheated (green light off).
- Lightly butter or oil the bread if desired.
- Place your sandwich or panini ingredients on the bottom grill plate. The floating hinge will adjust to accommodate thicker items.
- Gently close the top plate. Do not force it down.
- Cook for 3-6 minutes, or until the sandwich is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Cooking time may vary based on ingredients and desired crispness.
- Carefully remove the cooked sandwich using a heat-resistant spatula.

3. Using as a 180-Degree Grill
- Ensure the grill is preheated.
- To open the grill to 180 degrees, locate the 180° lay-flat release button on the side of the unit. Press this button while gently opening the top plate until it lies completely flat, creating two cooking surfaces.
- Place items such as burgers, chicken breasts, vegetables, or other foods on both grill plates.
- Cook according to your recipe, turning food as needed for even grilling.
- When finished, carefully close the grill by lifting the top plate and securing it in the closed position.

4. Temperature Control
- The grill features intelligent temperature control. It will automatically stop heating once the preset temperature is reached, preventing food from burning.
