Setup Guide
1. SIM Card Installation
Your ANRAN 4G LTE camera requires a 4G LTE SIM card for network connectivity. A SIM card with 100MB of mobile data is included with your camera. It is crucial to use the provided SIM card or a compatible 4G LTE SIM card from supported carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) in the USA.
- Locate the SIM card slot on your camera. This is typically protected by a rubber cover to ensure weather resistance.
- Carefully open the cover and insert the provided 4G LTE SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner aligned correctly.
- Ensure the SIM card is fully seated. Close the rubber cover firmly to maintain the camera's IP65 weather resistance.

2. Solar Panel Connection
Connect the solar panel cable to the charging port on the camera. Ensure the connection is secure and the waterproof cap is properly sealed to prevent water ingress.
3. Camera Mounting
Choose a suitable outdoor location for mounting the camera. Ensure the solar panel receives adequate direct sunlight throughout the day for optimal charging. Use the provided mounting bracket and screws to securely attach the camera and solar panel to a wall or pole. Adjust the angle of the solar panel to maximize sun exposure.
4. App Installation and Pairing
Download the ANRAN or CloudEdge app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android). Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and add your new camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or manually entering its device ID.
Operating Instructions
1. Live View and Recording
Open the ANRAN/CloudEdge app on your smartphone. Select your camera from the device list to access the live video feed. From the live view interface, you can initiate manual video recording or capture screenshots.
2. Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) Control
For PTZ models, use the directional controls within the app's live view interface to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle. The camera supports 355° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt, allowing you to cover a wide area.

Maintenance
1. Battery Management
The camera's built-in battery is continuously charged by the solar panel. Ensure the solar panel remains clean and unobstructed to maximize charging efficiency. In periods of prolonged low sunlight, the battery level may decrease. The app will notify you of low battery status.
2. Cleaning
Periodically clean the camera lens and the surface of the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the surfaces.
3. Weather Resistance
The camera is rated IP65 for weather resistance, meaning it is protected against dust and water jets. While designed for outdoor use, ensure all covers and seals are properly closed after any access (e.g., SIM card insertion) to maintain its weatherproofing.

Troubleshooting
- Camera Not Connecting: Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted and has an active data plan. Verify that the camera is powered on and the battery has sufficient charge. Remember, this camera does not support Wi-Fi.
- Poor Video Quality: Check the camera lens for dirt or obstructions. Ensure there is adequate cellular signal strength at the camera's location.
- Battery Not Charging: Confirm the solar panel is connected securely and receives direct sunlight for several hours daily. Clean the solar panel surface if dirty.
- Motion Alerts Not Received: Check app notification settings on your phone and within the ANRAN/CloudEdge app. Adjust motion detection sensitivity if necessary.
- Two-Way Audio Issues: Ensure microphone and speaker permissions are granted to the app on your phone. Check volume settings.
The ANRAN 4G LTE camera is designed for versatile outdoor monitoring in areas without traditional network infrastructure.
