3. Product Overview

The BBLD 1/18 Scale RC Car is an IPX4 waterproof 4X4 off-road truck designed for various terrains. It features a robust RC380 brushed motor and a 2.4GHz anti-interference remote control system.

4. Setup

Battery Installation (Vehicle)

  1. Remove the four body clips located on each corner of the car's shell.
  2. Carefully lift the car's shell to expose the internal components.
  3. Connect the red battery connector from the battery to the corresponding red connector on the vehicle's internal wiring. Ensure a secure connection.
  4. Secure the battery using the hook-and-loop strap provided in the battery compartment.
  5. Replace the car's shell and re-insert the four body clips.

Battery Installation (Remote Control)

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Insert 4 x AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover.

Charging the Batteries

  1. Connect the white plug from the battery to the USB charging cable.
  2. Plug the USB charging cable into a 5V/0.5-2.0A USB adapter (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
  3. The indicator light on the USB charger will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
  4. Charging typically takes approximately 1.5 hours per battery.

Pairing the Remote Control and Vehicle

  1. Ensure the vehicle's battery is connected and secured.
  2. Turn on the remote control by pressing and holding the power button until the indicator light flashes.
  3. Turn on the vehicle by sliding the ON/OFF switch located inside the chassis.
  4. The remote control and vehicle will automatically pair. The indicator lights on the transmitter and ESC should flash during binding and remain solid on the ESC after successful binding.

Parts damagedCheck for damaged parts such as wires, connectors, motors, ESCs, axles, etc. Repair or replace if necessary.
Vehicle works, but has poor or no steeringCar battery is flat or damagedFully charge the battery pack. Or replace it if needed.
Steering trim not properly setAdjust the 'ST. TRIM' on the transmitter to check whether the tires can be steered.
