5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging of Detachable Spotlight

Before first use, fully charge the detachable magnetic spotlight.

  1. Locate the Micro USB port on the detachable spotlight.
  2. Connect the provided Micro USB charging cable to the spotlight and to a suitable USB power source (e.g., the built-in USB port on the main unit, or a standard USB wall adapter).
  3. Allow the spotlight to charge until the charging indicator light (if present) indicates a full charge.

5.2 Powering the Main Work Light

To power the main work light unit:

  1. Unwrap the integrated 5-foot power cord.
  2. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC grounded electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Main Work Light Operation

  1. Ensure the main unit is plugged into a power outlet.
  2. Press the Master ON/OFF Switch (labeled "Switch" on the unit, see Figure 2) to turn the main LED panel on or off.

6.2 Detachable Spotlight Operation

The detachable spotlight operates independently once charged.

  1. To turn on the detachable spotlight, press the power button located on its side.
  2. Press the power button again to cycle through the High (1000 Lumens) and Low (500 Lumens) brightness modes.
  3. Press the power button a third time to turn the spotlight off.
  4. The detachable spotlight has a runtime of up to 4 hours on Low brightness and 2 hours on High brightness after a full charge.
