3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Camera

Before initial use, fully charge the camera's internal battery. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the camera's charging port and to a standard USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge may take several hours.

The Swann EVO camera connects directly to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only). No separate hub is required.

1. Open the Swann Security App and select "Pair Device" or "Add Device".
2. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your camera to your Wi-Fi network. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or entering your Wi-Fi credentials.
3. Ensure your camera is within range of your Wi-Fi router for a stable connection.

4. Operating the Camera
