3. Setup and Assembly

  1. Attach the magnetic catches to the designated panels (parts 6 and 13) using the provided screws.
  2. Connect the side panels (parts 17, 18, 19, 20) to the bottom panel (part 14) and the top panel (part 13) to form the cabinet frame. Secure with screws.
  3. Install the four swivel casters (parts 11 and 12) to the bottom of the cabinet frame. Ensure two casters have foot-operated brakes for secure positioning.
  4. Attach the back panel (part 8) to the cabinet frame, securing it with screws.
  5. Install the cabinet doors (parts 9 and 10) to the front of the cabinet.

3.3 Grill Head Installation

  1. Carefully lift the main grill head (part 22) and place it onto the assembled base cabinet. Secure it using the appropriate screws.
  2. Attach the side burner support brackets (part 27) to the main grill body using screws D and A.

3.4 Side Tables and Burner Assembly

  1. Assemble the left and right side tables (parts 21 and 5) by attaching the stainless steel components (parts 23, 26, 28) and securing them with screws.
  2. Mount the assembled side tables to the main grill body.
  3. Connect the gas line for the side burner to the main gas manifold.
  4. Install the control knobs onto the burner valve stems.

3.5 Internal Components and Final Touches

  1. Place the flame tamers over the burners.
  2. Install the cooking grates onto the grill.
  3. Insert the warming rack into its designated slots.
  4. Secure the grease tray (part 1) into its position under the grill.
