Package Contents

Upon opening the package, please verify that all components listed below are present and in good condition:

  • 4 x 4-Inch Ceiling Speakers
  • 1 x 4-Channel Bluetooth Amplifier
  • 2 x 5-Meter Speaker Cables
  • 1 x 3A Power Adapter

Installation and Setup

Speaker Placement

These speakers are designed for flush mounting in ceilings or walls. For optimal sound distribution, consider placing speakers evenly throughout the desired listening area. The system is suitable for various indoor and covered outdoor environments such as living rooms, offices, kitchens, study rooms, basements, and covered patios.

Mounting the Speakers

The compact flush mount design allows for easy integration. A template is included for precise hole cutting.

  1. Determine the desired location for each speaker. Ensure there are no obstructions (e.g., electrical wires, pipes) behind the mounting surface.
  2. Use the provided template to mark the cut-out circle on the ceiling or wall. The recommended cut-out diameter is 5.7 inches (14.5 cm).
  3. Carefully cut the hole using an appropriate tool.
  4. Connect the speaker wires from the amplifier to the speaker terminals. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -). The speaker terminals are gold-plated for reliable connection.
  5. Insert the speaker into the cut-out hole. The mounting clips will secure the speaker in place.

Connecting the Amplifier

The 4-channel Bluetooth amplifier connects to the speakers and provides the power and Bluetooth connectivity for the system.

  1. Connect the speaker cables from each of the four ceiling speakers to the corresponding speaker output terminals on the 4-channel amplifier. Ensure correct polarity (L1+, L1-, R1+, R1-, L2+, L2-, R2+, R2-).
  2. Connect the provided 3A power adapter to the amplifier's power input jack.
  3. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

The amplifier features advanced Bluetooth 5.0 technology for stable and fast wireless connections.

  1. Ensure the amplifier is powered on. The Bluetooth indicator light on the amplifier will begin to flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
  2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. You should see "STUDIOFINIX" or a similar name appear in the list.
  4. Select the STUDIOFINIX device to pair. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light on the amplifier will become solid.
  5. You can now play audio from your device through the ceiling speakers. The effective range for Bluetooth connection is up to 100 feet in an unobstructed environment.

Audio Input Options

In addition to Bluetooth, the amplifier is equipped with a 3.5mm audio input jack for wired connections to various audio devices.

  • Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to your audio source (e.g., TV, computer, MP3 player).
  • Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX input jack on the amplifier.
  • The amplifier will automatically switch to AUX input mode when a cable is detected.

Controls

The amplifier features intuitive controls for power, mode selection, volume adjustment, and track navigation (for Bluetooth/USB modes).

  • PWR: Power On/Off button.
  • MODE: Switches between Bluetooth, USB, AUX, and MIC input modes.
  • VOL-/VOL+: Adjusts the volume level.
  • PREV/NEXT: Skips to the previous or next track (Bluetooth/USB mode).
  • PLAY/PAUSE: Plays or pauses the current track (Bluetooth/USB mode).
  • TWS: True Wireless Stereo pairing (if applicable for connecting two amplifiers).

  • Environment: Avoid exposing the system to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, high humidity, or dusty environments.
  • Connections: Periodically check all cable connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
