1. Product Overview

The VEVOR 1500-Piece Adjustable Puzzle Table is designed to enhance your puzzling experience. It features a spacious work surface, integrated storage, and adjustable settings for ergonomic comfort. This portable wooden board includes metal legs with wheels, four drawers, and a transparent cover to protect your ongoing projects.

2. Product Features

• Standard Jigsaw Puzzle Table Set: Overall dimensions of 890x660x30 mm (35x26x1.2 inches), with a puzzle area of 865x635 mm (34x25 inches). Accommodates up to 1500-piece puzzles. Includes 1 transparent PP cover and 4 puzzle drawers.

3. Setup and Assembly

The VEVOR Puzzle Table comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare it for use:

1. Unboxing: Carefully remove the puzzle table from its packaging. Ensure all protective materials are removed.
2. Unfold the Legs: Place the table upside down on a soft, clean surface. Gently unfold the metal legs until they lock into place.
3. Attach Drawer Handles: The four sliding drawers come with small wooden knobs. Screw these knobs into the pre-drilled holes on each drawer front.
4. Positioning: Turn the table upright. The integrated casters allow for easy movement to your desired location.

4. Operation

4.1 Adjusting Height

To adjust the table's height, locate the knob screws on the metal legs. Loosen these knobs, adjust the legs to one of the four desired height levels, and then securely tighten the knobs to lock the height in place.

4.2 Adjusting Tabletop Tilt

The tabletop can be tilted to one of five angles (0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°) for optimal viewing and comfort. Gently lift the tabletop to engage the ratcheting mechanism and select your preferred angle. To lower, lift to the highest point and then push down to reset.

4.3 Using the Storage Drawers

The table includes four sliding drawers for sorting and storing puzzle pieces. Pull the wooden knobs to open the drawers. When closing, ensure the hook and loop fasteners engage to keep the drawers securely in place.

4.4 Using the Protective Cover

Place the transparent PP cover over your puzzle when not in use. This protects your work from dust, spills, and prevents pets or children from disturbing the pieces.

4.5 Portability and Storage

The table features mobile casters for easy relocation. When not in use, the legs can be folded flat for compact storage. Simply disengage the leg locks and fold the legs inward.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the wooden surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the wood finish.
• Felt Surface Care: The felt puzzle surface can be gently vacuumed or brushed to remove dust and debris.
• Storage: When storing the table, ensure it is clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperature changes to prevent warping of the wood.
• Hardware: Periodically check all screws and hinges to ensure they are tight. Tighten if necessary.

6. Troubleshooting

• Tabletop not tilting correctly: Ensure the ratcheting mechanism is clear of obstructions. Lift the tabletop fully to reset the mechanism before selecting a new angle.
• Drawers not closing securely: Check that the hook and loop fasteners on the back of the drawers are clean and properly aligned with their counterparts inside the table.
• Difficulty adjusting height: Loosen the knob screws sufficiently before attempting to adjust the leg height. Ensure the legs are aligned with the adjustment holes.
