This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, setup, and operation of your Anssipo 4K Outdoor Wireless Camera System. This system includes an 8-channel H.265+ WiFi NVR and four 3MP plug-in security cameras, designed for 24/7 home surveillance with advanced features like AI face/motion detection, two-way audio, and color night vision.
Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper functionality and safety.
2. Package Contents
Verify that all items listed below are included in your package. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.

3. System Setup
3.1 Initial NVR and Camera Power-Up
- Connect the 12V 2A power supply to the NVR. Ensure the NVR receives sufficient power (at least 2A) to prevent recording issues.
- Connect the 12V 1A power supplies to each camera. The white light on the camera will illuminate upon successful power-up.

3.2 Connecting Peripherals
- Connect the USB mouse to one of the USB ports on the NVR.
- Connect a monitor or TV to the NVR using an HDMI cable (for HD output) or a VGA cable.
- For remote access, connect the NVR to your router using the provided Ethernet cable.

3.3 Adding Cameras to NVR
The Anssipo NVR is designed for automatic matching with cameras. If manual addition is required, follow the steps below.
Automatic Camera Addition:
- Ensure both the NVR and cameras are powered on.
- The WiFi NVR will automatically search for and match with the cameras.
- A "Connection Status: Connected" message on the NVR screen indicates successful addition.
Manual Camera Addition:
- Right-click on the NVR screen and select "Channel Set".
- Log in with your account on the "SYSTEM LOGIN" screen.
- In the "Device Searched" list, select the desired IP Address and channel, then click "Add".
- Ensure the "Connection Status" shows "Connected".
- Click "Apply" to save changes.
3.4 Hard Drive Installation (Optional)
This system does not include a hard drive. A hard drive is required for continuous recording. You can install a hard drive up to 6TB capacity.
- Remove the side and tailboard screws from the NVR and carefully take off the top cover board.
- Place the hard drive into the NVR bay.
- Adjust the position of the drive so that its screw holes align with the threaded holes on the NVR's chassis. Secure it by tightening the screws.
- Connect the hard drive power cable to its power interface/port.
- Connect the SATA data cable to the SATA interface/port.
- Reattach the top panel/case that was removed earlier.
- Tighten the side screws back into place to secure the unit.
3.5 Image and Light Mode Configuration
You can adjust the camera's image and night vision settings through the NVR interface.
- Hover the mouse cursor over the desired channel on the live view screen.
- Right-click and select "IPC param."
- Navigate to the "IPC param." interface.
- Click on "Image Set" to adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and hue.
- Choose your preferred Day/Night Mode (e.g., Full Color, Black and White, Smart Alert, Intelligent Variable Light, Smart Infrared).
4. Operation
4.1 24/7 Continuous Recording
The wired power supply for both cameras and NVR supports continuous 24/7 recording. The system offers flexible recording modes:
- 24/7 Recording: Constant recording without interruptions.
- Motion-Triggered Recording: Records only when motion is detected.
- Customized Recording: Set specific schedules for recording.

4.2 AI Detection and Alerts
The security cameras feature AI human face/motion detection to accurately identify people and other moving objects, reducing false alarms. When motion events are detected, you will receive instant app push notifications and sound alarms (siren).

4.3 Two-Way Audio Communication
Each WiFi surveillance camera includes a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling two-way audio communication through the mobile application. You can speak to visitors or deter intruders directly through the camera.

4.4 Remote Access via Mobile App
Download the free 'XMeye' app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to remotely view videos on your smartphone, PC, or tablet. Ensure your NVR is connected to your router via an Ethernet cable for remote access.
4.5 Video Playback
The system supports smart playback features, including searching by calendar time and face detection. You can control playback speed and direction.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Password Management
Regularly update your NVR password to maintain system security. It is recommended that the password be at least 6 characters long and include a combination of letters and numbers.
To Modify Your Account Password:
- Right-click on the NVR screen and select "Channel Set".
- Log in with your account on the "SYSTEM LOGIN" screen.
- Choose the option "Modify Pwd" (Modify Password).
- Modify your custom User Name (if desired).
- Modify your custom Password. (Note: The password must be at least 6 characters long and be a combination of letters and numbers).
- Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
- Select a Security Question and provide its Answer.
- Click "OK" to confirm the changes.
- Return to the "System Login" page and log in again using your new User Name and Password.
5.2 General Care
- Keep the NVR and cameras clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Ensure proper ventilation for the NVR to prevent overheating.
- Regularly check cable connections for security and integrity.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- No Video Feed: Check power connections for both NVR and cameras. Ensure HDMI/VGA cables are securely connected to the monitor. Verify cameras are successfully added to the NVR.
- Remote Access Failure: Confirm the NVR is connected to the router via Ethernet. Check network settings on the NVR and ensure the 'XMeye' app is correctly configured and logged in.
- Recording Issues: Ensure a hard drive is installed and properly formatted. Check hard drive status in NVR settings. Verify recording schedules are correctly set.
- Poor Image Quality: Adjust image settings (brightness, contrast, etc.) in the IPC param menu. Clean camera lenses if dirty.
6.2 Resetting NVR Password
If you forget your NVR password, follow these steps to reset it:
- Right-click with your mouse on the NVR screen and select "Main Menu".
- On the "SYSTEM LOGIN" screen, click "Forgot Password".
- On the "Safety Question" screen, click "Forget Answer".
- Open the XMeye Pro app on your phone and log in.
- Use the app to scan the "CAPTCHA" code located on the left side of the NVR screen.
- After scanning, you will receive a "CAPTCHA" code. Enter this verification code into the "CAPTCHA" field on the NVR screen.
- Click "OK".
- You will enter the "Password Modify" interface. Enter your new password. (Note: The password must be at least 6 characters long and include a combination of letters and numbers).
- Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
- The password will be successfully reset.
