2. Setup and Assembly

3. Operating Instructions
The FLEXISPOT OC3 Air chair offers multiple adjustment options to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and support.
3.1 Seat Height Adjustment
- Locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat.
- To raise the seat: Lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat.
- To lower the seat: Lift the lever while remaining seated.
3.2 Backrest Tilt and Lock
The chair features a three-level tilt tension lockable line control mechanism, allowing recline angles of 90°, 110°, and 130°.

3.3 Lumbar Support Adjustment
The passive lumbar support can be moved up and down to provide accurate support to your waist.

3.4 Headrest Adjustment
The 2D headrest can be adjusted in multiple dimensions (2.1 inches lifting, 30° rotating) to achieve precise neck and head support.

3.5 Armrest Adjustment
The armrests are adjustable in height (1D Up/Down) to provide comfortable support for your arms and shoulders.

3.6 Clothes Hanger

4. Maintenance

- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Casters: Keep casters free of debris (hair, dust, etc.) to ensure smooth movement.
- Mesh Fabric: The high-quality mesh resists abrasion. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

- Chair not adjusting height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged and that the protective cap on the gas lift cylinder has been removed during assembly.

- Casters not rolling smoothly: Inspect casters for trapped debris (hair, lint) and clean them. Ensure they are properly inserted into the base.
- Backrest not tilting: Verify that the tilt lock mechanism is disengaged. Adjust the tilt tension knob if the recline is too stiff or too loose.
