Setup
Setting the TSA Combination Lock
Your Samsonite Octolite luggage comes with a pre-set combination of 0-0-0. To set your personal combination:
- Locate the TSA lock on the side of your luggage. The default combination is usually 0-0-0.
- With the lock set to 0-0-0, push the reset button (A) with a pen or pointed object until you hear a 'click'.
- Rotate the dials (B) to your desired 3-digit combination. Choose a memorable number.
- Push the tab (C) to the right. You will hear another 'click' as the reset button (A) returns to its original position.
- Your new combination is now set. Remember your combination as Samsonite does not retain a record of it.

Operating Instructions
Using the Telescopic Handle
The telescopic handle allows for comfortable pulling or pushing of your luggage.
- To extend: Press the button located on the top of the handle and pull upwards until it locks into your desired height.
- To retract: Press the button again and push the handle downwards until it is fully nested.

Utilizing the Spinner Wheels
The 8 spinner wheels provide effortless mobility.
- For smooth movement, push the luggage upright on all four wheels. This allows it to glide effortlessly in any direction.
- For rougher surfaces or when pulling behind you, tilt the luggage onto two wheels.
Expanding the Luggage Capacity
Your Octolite luggage features an expansion zipper to increase its internal volume.
- Locate the secondary zipper running along the perimeter of the luggage, usually behind the main compartment zipper.
- Unzip this zipper completely to expand the luggage, providing additional packing space.
- To return to its original size, zip the expansion zipper closed.

Packing the Interior

- Use the cross-straps to secure your clothing and prevent shifting during transit.
