The rear dash cam provides additional coverage for the rear of your vehicle. It connects to the front dash cam via a dedicated cable.

  1. Mount the Rear Cam: Choose a suitable location on your rear windshield or facing the cabin. Ensure the camera has a clear view and does not obstruct your rear visibility. Use the adhesive mount to secure it.
  2. Route the Cable: Carefully route the rear camera cable from the rear camera to the front dash cam. Tuck the cable along the headliner and A-pillars to keep it hidden and secure.
  3. Connect to Front Cam: Plug the rear camera cable into the designated port on the front dash cam.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts. It will power off automatically when the vehicle is turned off.

5.2. Loop Recording

The dash cam continuously records video in short segments. When the MicroSD card is full, the oldest unlocked footage will be automatically overwritten by new recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention.

5.3. G-Sensor (Collision Detection)

The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. In the event of a significant impact, the current video segment will be automatically locked and saved to a protected folder on the MicroSD card, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This feature helps preserve critical evidence.
